Shefali Jariwala's Untimely Demise
The news of Shefali Jariwala's death has left her fans in deep sorrow. The beloved star of the iconic song 'Kaanta Laga' passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 42 due to a heart attack.
Her funeral was held the next day, June 28, with numerous celebrities from the television and film industry present to pay their respects.
During the emotional cremation ceremony, her husband Parag was seen giving Shefali a final kiss goodbye before her remains were taken to the crematorium.
This morning, Parag was spotted outside their residence in Andheri, marking his first public appearance since the funeral. He appeared visibly distressed while conversing with family members, likely discussing the upcoming prayer meeting.

Shefali Jariwala rose to fame with her hit music video 'Kaanta Laga', which made her a household name. In addition to her music career, she participated in popular reality shows such as 'Nach Baliye 5' and 'Nach Baliye 7' alongside her husband Parag Tyagi. She also appeared on 'Bigg Boss' in 2019 and starred in the series 'Shaitani Rasmein'.
In the film industry, Shefali featured in the 2004 movie 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' alongside stars like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Priyanka Chopra. She also acted in the 2011 Kannada film 'Hudugaru' and was part of the web series 'Baby Come Naa'.
